Yes, we clean bowls and decks using a variety of methods to get rid of oxidation or fire extinguisher deposits in the grille. We then replace the coverings so you get a production-ready grille.
We also supply ironer covers, press and ironing-board covers, conveyor belts, laundry bags, washing nets, steam traps, dry-cleaning accessories and all the technical accessories needed to keep the ironer running smoothly. If you’re looking for items that aren’t in our catalog, don’t hesitate to ask us.
Occasionally, following a production incident, a linen jam can cause the springs to deteriorate and the cylinder to collapse. Don’t worry, SIPLET will repair the cylinder and replace the springs. You’ll get a fully functional grille.
Yes, if you wish, SIPLET can install conveyor belts in addition to manufacturing.
Our textile coverings are suitable for all calenders on the market, and we can offer you the type of covering best suited to your production conditions and cut to the dimensions of your calender.
Our felts are manufactured by the global specialist VALMET from high-quality materials: Trevira® polyester fiber and Conex® Meta/Aramid fiber, specially developed for laundry needs. The quality of our felts translates into high resistance to wear and heat, extending their service life even under intensive production parameters.
Yes, we specialize in the installation of textile coverings for calenders (cylinder liners, conveyor belts, engagement belts, dryer belts, etc.) and we work everywhere. We train our customers in daily calender maintenance to maximize the performance and life of the felts. Our team visits you several times a year, free of charge, to check that your calender is working properly.
Yes, SIPLET is based in Belgium and France, but we deliver throughout Europe, French overseas departments and territories, and North Africa. We also travel to each of these countries at the customer’s request.
